Did you know deeds contain more than just land transactions? Find hidden gems for your family by using these records. Many deed examples from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Kentucky, Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and Vermont will be shown. Learn how to find prior residences using deed records; prove kinship by finding relationships in the records; and find women in land sales. In addition, attendees will also see examples of personal property sales; power of attorney records; and marriage entries. Come learn how to be successful finding “hidden gems” in deeds!
