On Friday, 18 March, the NGS 2022 Family History Conference planning team met at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento. We wanted to finalize some of the details that go into planning a meeting of this size. After touring the facility, we are even more excited about the upcoming conference!

Afterwards, we met NGS Conference Coordinator Caitlin Gaborow and the Visit Sacramento team. It was  a real “You Are There” experience since the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) was holding its annual convention. It was great to see their attendees enjoying an in-person event and we had a chance to see the convention center in action.

Our site visit enabled us to fine-tune our plans to make the most of the brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Sacramento and being back together again for four days of exceptional family history lectures and special events.
