Jeanette Sheliga of Jeanette’s Genealogy lives in Lockport, NY and has been researching her family tree since 2002 and lecturing since 2011. She has had the privilege to speak for societies, libraries, immersive courses, and genealogy institutes including RootsTech, GRIP Genealogy Institute, and NYG&B’s New York State Family History Conference (NYSFHC). She has published articles in the NGS Magazine, APG Magazine, New York Researcher, and Family Tree Magazine. She has held volunteer and leadership positions in local and national societies including the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) and the National Genealogical Society (NGS). Jeanette is a graduate of ProGen 49 and Certification Practicum 02.
